Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Greece Remote Opportunity)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at CBT. As a key member of our IT services division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch technical assistance to clients in English, resolving product-related issues, system troubleshooting, and technical queries efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate solutions and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Escalation Management: When necessary, escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or specialists, guaranteeing timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical support staff to share knowledge, resolve issues, and enhance customer service procedures.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, troubleshooting methods, and technical tools to expand your problem-solving abilities and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide logical, step-by-step solutions.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using various operating systems, software applications, and basic hardware.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple technical issues simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
