IT Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Team Lead to oversee our desktop support operations at Cross Border Talents.
About the Role:- This is a supervisory role, responsible for managing a team of IT Support Specialists, providing direction, supervision, and leadership.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in assigning and prioritizing work, setting expectations, and performance management.
- You will be responsible for conducting periodic performance reviews of IT Support Specialists and overseeing the daily operations of the desktop support team.
- This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with other departments and personnel.
- Manage and develop the skills of a team of IT Support Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch customer service.
- Oversee the coordination of technical support requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Determine problems, implement solutions, and resolve or forward work orders as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments, including product development and other teams, to improve services and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of IT support experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
- English language proficiency (B2 minimum).
- A competitive salary (€60,000 - €80,000 per year).
