About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Supervisor to lead our Desktop Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve desktop support operations, ensuring excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Provide expert technical support, training, and assistance to desktop support personnel on network computer system issues and new technology.
  • Analyze desktop-related issues, determine problems, implement solutions, resolve or forward work orders to appropriate personnel within the IT team.
  • Coordinate with product development and other internal departments to resolve issues, develop solutions, and make improvements for future releases.
  • Ensure service level agreements are communicated and understood by the desktop support team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course.
  • 2-3 years of IT support experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
  • English level B2 minimum.
  • All documentation to work in Greece; no sponsorship will be provided for this position.
