At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a seasoned professional with 2-3 years of supervisory experience, you will be responsible for overseeing desktop support operations and ensuring excellent customer service to all internal or external customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel
  • Provide direction, supervision, and leadership to members of the Desktop Support/IT Support Team
  • Assign and prioritize work, set expectations, promote goals and priorities, and perform performance management
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of IT Support Specialists
  • Oversight of desktop support operations, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Expert technical support, training, and assistance to desktop support personnel on network computer system issues and new technology
  • Analysis on desktop-related issues, determine problems, implement solutions, resolve or forward work orders to appropriate personnel within the IT team
  • Coordination with product development and other internal departments to resolve issues, develop solutions, and improve services
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
  • 2-3 years of IT support experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair
  • English language proficiency level B2 minimum
  • No sponsorship will be provided for this position; all documentation is required to work in Greece
