German Speaking Customer Support Representative in Greece

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaking customer support representative to join our team in Greece. This role offers the chance to provide exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Job Description:
- As a customer advisor, your primary responsibility will be to offer exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- You will address inquiries and resolve issues across diverse projects in tech, retail, industry, high-tech, travel, banking, and insurance sectors.
- Your goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in using CRM software and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Valid work permit for Greece
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory
