About the Role:- Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat inquiries.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Requirements:
- Florent in Spanish (C1 or higher).
- Proficient in English (B2 level minimum).
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
