Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and fluent Hebrew-speaking Customer Advisor to provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about products and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will also have the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to work on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece
