Position: Slovakian Customer Support Advisor
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Slovak (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece.
