Key Responsibilities:- Email Assistance: Deliver fast and effective email assistance to clients, ensuring clarity and resolution without phone interactions.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve various technical challenges, helping users navigate Valve's services and platforms.
- User Guidance: Educate clients on how to maximize their use of Valve's products through informative email communication.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client inquiries and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base for future support.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in issues and suggest enhancements for better user experiences.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in gaming or tech environments.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in gaming technology.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation, capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
