About UsOur company is a leading BPO provider that excels in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to support Valve, a pioneer in digital distribution and online gaming.
Role OverviewAs a Technical Support Specialist, your mission will be to provide top-notch email support, assisting clients with technical issues related to Valves gaming platforms. Your expertise will help gamers enjoy a seamless experience, and your written communication skills will shine as you guide users through troubleshooting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Email-Only Support: Deliver fast and effective email assistance to clients encountering technical issues, ensuring clarity and resolution without phone interactions.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve a variety of technical challenges, helping users navigate Valves services and platforms.
- User Guidance: Educate clients on how to maximize their use of Valves products through informative email communication.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of client inquiries and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base for future support.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in issues and suggest enhancements for better user experiences.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in gaming or tech environments.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for gaming technology.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on email communication only.
- Base Salary: 1,100 EUR gross/month, reflecting your skills and dedication to service.
- Permanent Contract: Enjoy the stability of long-term employment with growth opportunities.
- Lunch Vouchers: Monthly allowance of 85 EUR net for lunch.
- Transportation Allowance: 65 EUR gross monthly to assist with commuting.

- Annual Salary Review: Benefit from an additional salary throughout the year (14 salaries total).
- Travel Support: Assistance with transportation to Thessaloniki.

- Documentation Help: Support with hiring documentation for those new to working in Greece.
- Real Estate Assistance: Up to 350 EUR gross available to cover agency fees for finding permanent housing.
Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU, as our partner company cannot issue first-time visas due to local legislation.
