Technical Customer Support Specialist

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our users through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • User Interaction: Engage with users to understand and address their technical concerns.
  • Account Analysis: Evaluate users specific account setups and past interactions to recommend effective solutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Address software, hardware, and logistical questions, ensuring users receive timely resolutions.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them appropriately while providing context for the escalation.


Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C) is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic coding knowledge with the ability to read code; prior experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity in conveying technical information.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
