Customer Support Specialist - German

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with financial transactions and inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with financial transactions, account issues, and payment solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
