Technical Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier assistance to our users, addressing their technical concerns, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- User Interaction: Engage with users through various channels to understand and address their technical concerns.
- Account Analysis: Evaluate users specific account setups and past interactions to recommend effective solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address software, hardware, and logistical questions, ensuring users receive timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C) is essential.
- Basic coding knowledge with the ability to read code; prior experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
