Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries and issues via various communication channels
  • Diagnosing technical problems and providing accurate solutions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Providing product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the development team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
