About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch email support to clients experiencing technical issues related to Valve's gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective email support to clients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of their technical concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and address various technical challenges, providing timely assistance to clients.
  • Educate clients on utilizing Valves services effectively, guiding them through common issues and optimizing their gaming experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions to enhance service efficiency and contribute to knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends in technical issues and suggest enhancements to product offerings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a genuine passion for gaming and technology.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules and client needs.

  • A competitive base salary of 1,100 EUR gross/month, reflecting your expertise and commitment to service excellence.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU, as our partner company is unable to issue a first-time visa due to local legislation.
