Overview:
Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a German language expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting various issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
This on-site position involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English, providing effective technical support and solutions. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, clearly communicating solutions to customers. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems, updating necessary systems as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, documenting solutions and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problem descriptions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve technical support processes.
- Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (spoken and written) with strong English skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a technical support role is essential.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using various software applications and able to quickly learn new systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Permanent Contract: Long-term employment with a stable contract.
- Monthly Benefits:
- Lunch Vouchers: €85 net per month.
- Transportation Allowance: €65 gross per month.

- Estimated Salary: €4,000 - €5,000 per month.

- Taxi Transfer: Arranged taxi service to your hotel upon arrival.
- Accommodation Assistance:
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation provided.
- Help with hiring documentation for candidates who have not previously worked in Greece.
- Up to €350 gross reimbursement for real estate agency fees when securing permanent housing.
