Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Maestro to join our Thessaloniki team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions that keep businesses running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Problem Solver: Offer exceptional technical support to clients, diagnosing issues and providing swift, effective solutions.
- Engage and Assist: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience as you resolve their inquiries.
- Empower Clients: Educate users on our partner company's products and services, helping them maximize their potential and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed support and advice.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- A customer-centric mindset, eager to help others and resolve their technical challenges.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
