Job Title: Technical Support Expert for Cross Border Solutions
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide expert technical support and resolve complex issues related to our partner company's products and services.
Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the functionality and usage of our partner company's products to facilitate their understanding and effective utilization.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to provide informed and relevant support to clients.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A competitive base salary of 1300 EUR gross per month reflecting your expertise and contributions.
