We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents, based in Thessaloniki. As a key member of our project, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for diagnosing technical problems, providing accurate solutions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
  • Diagnose technical issues and develop creative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
