Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients through various channels to provide clear and effective communication regarding technical inquiries and resolutions.
  • User Education: Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing our products, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to offer informed and relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on troubleshooting and client service.
  • Proficiency in French (C1) and English (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset towards client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality service.
