About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective technical support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to clients facing technical issues with our partner company's products and services.
  • Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat to provide clear, effective communication regarding technical inquiries and resolutions.
  • Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing our partner company's products, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to escalate complex issues and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to offer informed and relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on troubleshooting and client service.
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and French (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset towards client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality service.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of €11,000 gross per year, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the team.
