Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team providing exceptional email support services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the gaming experience for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and effective email assistance to clients, ensuring clarity and resolution without phone interactions.
  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges related to Valves gaming platforms.
  • Educate clients on how to maximize their use of Valves products through informative email communication.
  • Document client inquiries and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base for future support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in gaming or tech environments.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for gaming technology.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
