Technical Support Specialist

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This role is perfect for a German-speaking individual who is passionate about technology and customer service.
About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional candidate with excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier assistance to our users through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- User Interaction: Engage with users to understand and address their technical concerns.
- Account Analysis: Evaluate user-specific account setups and past interactions to recommend effective solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address software, hardware, and logistical questions, ensuring users receive timely resolutions.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them appropriately while providing context for the escalation.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, which includes a base salary of €35,000 per year, depending on experience. Our team environment is dynamic and supportive, and we provide relocation support to help you settle into your new role and city.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native or fluent German language skills (oral and written) and fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C).
- Basic coding knowledge with the ability to read code; prior experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity in conveying technical information.
- Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
