We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and driving sales initiatives to empower businesses across borders.

- Real Estate Assistance: Up to 350 gross to cover agency fees for finding your new home.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, with a flair for leading teams and driving results.
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional communication skills that resonate with clients.
- A natural ability to build rapport and inspire your team, helping them shine and achieve their best.
- A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
