We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our partner company, a leading BPO provider specializing in delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative payment solutions. Our partner company excels in providing top-notch services that simplify transactions for businesses and consumers alike. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively presenting our partner company's payment solutions to meet clients' business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, providing them with tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing solutions that deliver real value.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and address ongoing needs.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to position our partner company's solutions effectively in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience: Preferably in a B2B environment.
- Language Proficiency: German (C1 level) and English (B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: With a knack for building relationships and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: With a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adapting to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month.
- Permanent Contract: Enjoy stability through long-term employment.
- Lunch Vouchers: Receive €85 net monthly for lunch.
- Transportation Allowance: €65 gross monthly for commuting costs.

Relocation Assistance:
We offer a comprehensive relocation package for candidates relocating to Thessaloniki:
- Travel to Thessaloniki: Transportation assistance provided.
- Hotel Stay: Taxi transfer to your hotel and 2 weeks of accommodation included.
- Documentation Support: Assistance with hiring documentation for those without previous work in Greece.
- Real Estate Support: Up to €350 gross to cover agency fees for finding permanent accommodation.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU due to local legislation restrictions on first-time visa issuance.
