BOL is seeking a highly skilled Dutch Language Support Specialist to join its Customer Service team in Thessaloniki. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to valued customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

This role requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
