Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
