Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
