Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, order assistance, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (C1).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
