French Customer Support Service Advisor Position in Greece

We are seeking an experienced French Customer Support Service Advisor to join our team on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece. This role focuses on delivering top-tier support to our French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide efficient support in French.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling where relevant, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work on-site in Thessaloniki.
