Customer Support Engineer Position

Our partner company, a renowned leader in the BPO industry, is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technical solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues reported by clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the functionality and usage of our partner company's products, facilitating their understanding and effective utilization.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to provide informed and relevant support to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and German (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
