Technical Customer Support Specialist in Thessaloniki

Looking for a new challenge as a French Technical Customer Support Specialist?
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing them with exceptional support across various channels.
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with users via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and concerns. You will also evaluate user account setups and previous interactions to recommend tailored solutions, address technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements- Native or fluent in French (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code; experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
