Seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As the first point of contact for users, you will provide exceptional support across various channels.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in French (oral and written) and has a strong understanding of technical concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues via email, phone, and chat
  • Evaluating user account setups and previous interactions to recommend tailored solutions
  • Addressing complex technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics
  • Escalating issues appropriately and providing detailed context

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Native or fluent French language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Fluent English language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
  • Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems
