About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled French Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. As the primary point of contact for our users, you will provide exceptional support across various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics.
Your Key Responsibilities- User Interaction: Communicate effectively with users via email, chat, and other channels to understand their needs and concerns.
- Account Analysis: Evaluate user-specific account setups and previous interactions to recommend tailored solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Issue Escalation: Recognize complex issues and escalate them appropriately, providing detailed context for each escalation.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Native or fluent French language proficiency (oral and written) and fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably B2B or B2C.
- Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code; experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and resolutions.
