Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist Wanted in Greece

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive remuneration package based on experience and skills.
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a strong analytical mind. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing them with exceptional support across various channels.
Main Responsibilities- User Interaction: Communicate effectively with users via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and concerns.
- Account Analysis: Evaluate users' specific account setups and previous interactions to recommend tailored solutions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Issue Escalation: Recognize complex issues and escalate them appropriately, providing detailed context for each escalation.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native or fluent French (oral and written) and minimum C1 level English.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C).
- Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code; experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and resolutions.
