Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading global outsourcing company to find a highly skilled French-speaking Technical Customer Support professional for their office in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Compensation: A competitive base salary of approximately 25,000 EUR per year, considering the location and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both French and English (at least C1 level), with prior experience in customer-facing roles and basic coding understanding. They will be responsible for interacting with users through various channels, analyzing account setups, and troubleshooting technical questions.
This full-time position offers an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, as well as relocation support and guidance to reach full potential.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support specialist. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with a strong background in customer-facing roles and technical support. Key responsibilities include:
- Interaction and Communication: Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze user account setups, identify issues, and recommend solutions to resolve problems.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Languages: Native/fluent French speaker, fluent in English (at least C1 level)
- Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
- Coding Skills: Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
