Job Description: As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include engaging with users through various channels (email, phone, chat) to understand and address their technical concerns. You will also evaluate users' specific account setups and past interactions to recommend effective solutions, address software, hardware, and logistical questions, and identify complex issues to escalate them appropriately.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have native or fluent German language proficiency (oral and written), fluency in English (minimum C1 level), previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C), basic coding knowledge, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
