We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
About the RoleAs a key point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver. Your expertise and communication skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless client interactions and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support: diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on product functionality and usage, facilitating their understanding and effective utilization.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to provide informed support.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base salary: 13,000 EUR gross/month, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
