Job Description:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Analyze user accounts and previous interactions to recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and logistic issues
- Evaluate complex problems and provide context for escalation
Requirements:
- Native or fluent French language skills (oral and written) and C1 level English proficiency
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
- Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code
- Previous experience in multi-channel customer support
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
