Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Analyze user accounts and previous interactions to recommend solutions
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and logistic issues
  • Evaluate complex problems and provide context for escalation

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French language skills (oral and written) and C1 level English proficiency
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
  • Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code
  • Previous experience in multi-channel customer support
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
