Key Responsibilities

  • Log and document customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong command of English is also required. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
