Customer Support Specialist

As an Italian language expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, and account management with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings and effectively communicate solutions to customers.
- Log and document customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong command of English is also required. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary package, including performance-based bonuses, paid training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
