Technical Customer Support Specialist in Greece

Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading outsourcing/BPO company to find a skilled German-speaking Technical Customer Support specialist for their offices in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis and receive a competitive base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Analyzing user account setups and previous interactions to provide personalized solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and logistics
  • Escalating complex problems and providing context for the escalation

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German language skills, both spoken and written; fluency in English (at least C1 level)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
  • Basic coding knowledge and ability to read code
  • Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to work through complex technical problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM

Estimated annual salary: €30,000 - €40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be employed by Grow-Talent.com's partner company.
