Customer Support Specialist

Grow-Talent is working with a leading outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Technical Customer Support professional for their offices in Thessaloniki.
Estimated annual salary: €25,000 - €35,000 (depending on experience).
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Customer Support specialist, you will interact with users through various channels, analyze and evaluate user account setups, troubleshoot technical questions, and escalate complex issues.
- You will communicate effectively with users via email, phone, and chat.
- Using your analytical skills, you will recommend solutions based on user-specific account setups and previous interactions.
- You will troubleshoot technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics.
- In case of complex issues, you will escalate them and provide context for the escalation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Native or fluent proficiency in German (oral and written) and English (C1 level or higher).
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C).
- A basic understanding of coding and ability to read code.
- Experience in multi-channel customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work through complex technical problems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (09 AM - 06 PM).
