Dutch Customer Service Specialist
Description:
At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
We strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction, which is why we aim for top scores in our Customer Satisfaction Surveys. You'll play a crucial role in achieving this goal by proactively updating customers on the status and resolution of their requests.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
- Logging call details into case management systems and providing responses and resolutions to customers.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll also need to possess strong soft skills, such as active listening and engagement. A positive attitude, adaptability, and empathy are essential qualities for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be able to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Advanced active listening and engagement skills, as well as a confident and adaptable demeanor, are highly valued. You'll work closely with our sales team to provide support and promote products while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
