Multilingual Customer Support Representative for Web Services

At CBT, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our web services support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-orientated individual who is fluent in Dutch and possesses B2 proficiency in English. If you have prior experience in customer service, it's a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, or chat.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to web services, ensuring all inquiries are managed professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for web services, assisting customers in navigating issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, logging all communications for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow, escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments, and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly, striving for high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native level) with B2 proficiency in English.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
    • Background in a web services or technical environment is beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
    • Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
    • Basic technical knowledge or interest in web services is a plus.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (shift patterns may apply).
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications, estimated to be around €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on individual circumstances.
