We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team at CBT as a Remote German-Speaking Customer Service Representative. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from Athens, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clients.

As a Remote German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively, always ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about CBT's web services to provide accurate and relevant information and troubleshooting support to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates for our web services.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance, helping customers navigate our digital platforms and services (training provided).
- Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written German.
- B2 English Proficiency: Strong command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory. We are happy to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address customer issues quickly and efficiently.
