German Speaking Customer Service Representative

SalaryThe salary for this position is €40,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis is a remote German-speaking Customer Advisor role based in Athens. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and advice to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle inquiries related to web services, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through service features.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to improving internal processes based on customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluent German (native or C1 level).
- B2 level of English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good technical understanding and willingness to learn about web services.
- Must be located in Athens (remote work).
