About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled candidate with fluent Danish skills to provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking subscribers. As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing subscriber inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and resolving streaming-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subscriber Assistance: Provide on-site support to Danish-speaking subscribers, adeptly addressing inquiries and resolving streaming-related concerns.
- Clear Communication: Harness your fluent Danish skills to communicate effectively in person and ensure a seamless streaming experience.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve subscriber concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our streaming platform and content offerings to provide accurate information to subscribers.
- Team Collaboration: Engage seamlessly in collaboration with colleagues and other on-site teams to enhance customer service practices.
