Multilingual Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be pivotal in providing top-tier support to our Italian-speaking customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful experience for our clients;
- Assisting customers through phone, email, and chat in Italian;
- Delivering accurate and timely information about our products and services;
- Managing customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution;
- Documenting customer interactions thoroughly;
- Collaborating with your team to enhance service delivery;
- Engaging with customers with empathy and professionalism;
- Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to manage customer inquiries effectively and compassionately;
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools is beneficial;
- Team-oriented approach with a positive attitude;
- Eligibility to work in Greece (valid EU passport or ID may be necessary);
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Willingness to relocate with provided support.
