Customer Service Representative in Athens

Your Role:As a Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor, your primary task will be to provide exceptional service and support to our Czech-speaking clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: You'll serve as the main contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience every time they reach out.
- Resolving Issues: We'll provide comprehensive training, so you're well-prepared to assist customers efficiently. Your role will involve listening, understanding, and offering solutions that leave our customers happy and satisfied.
- Teamwork: Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with your colleagues and other departments to make sure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Logging Feedback: After each interaction, you'll record the details and any feedback provided by the customer. Your accuracy helps us continuously enhance our products and services, ensuring we always deliver the best possible experience.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in Czech and has a good level of English. You should enjoy helping others, have a natural talent for customer service, and be eager to learn and grow. Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
We Offer:A competitive salary of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance, including flight and accommodation support, if you're moving to Athens from another country.
