Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure that all interactions meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Native fluency in Polish is a must, while strong command of English is required for internal communication and reporting.
You will be working independently and as part of a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
- Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong command of English for internal communication and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
